When lifting boxes, use your legs so as to shield your back muscles from injury.
When sitting, keep your knees level with your hips, and sit as upright as possible to avoid slouching.
When sleeping, go to sleep on your back and put a pillow under the knees to reduce the pressure on your spine.
When standing, keep your head level with your ears over your shoulders to maintain a straight, vertical spine.
